远程自动抄表系统在取水计量实时监控中的应用

当前,我国经济正处于快速增长期,用水量大幅度增长,水资源供需矛盾突出。文章以广西来宾市远程自动抄表系统在取水计量实时监控中的应用为例,从战略上分析了做好节水工作的重要性。     

高速公路软基检测技术的应用分析

笔者结合多年的工程实践经验，对高速公路行业应用软基检测技术进行叙述，希望通过叙述与各位同仁相互交流，为类似工程的施工提供借鉴与参考。     

Effect of personality on fraud detection： The Malaysian case

Auditing standards require external auditors to provide reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatements, either due to fraud or error. Inability of the external auditors to detect the material misstatements, particularly fraud, may expose them to litigation. The present study aims to examine the effect of personality factors （i.e., neuroticism, extraversion, conscientiousness, openness to experience and agreeableness） on the external auditors＇ ability to detect the likelihood of fraud. An experimental approach is adopted by sending case materials to audit partners and audit managers attached to auditing firms operating in Malaysia. The result shows that personality does not have a positive effect on the external auditors＇ ability to detect the likelihood of fraud.     

Estimators for the common principal components model based on reweighting: influence functions and Monte Carlo study

The common principal components model for several groups of multivariate observations is a useful parsimonious model for the scatter structure which assumes equal principal axes but different variances along those axes for each group. Due to the lack of resistance of the classical maximum likelihood estimators for the parameters of this model, several robust estimators have been proposed in the literature: plug-in estimators and projection-pursuit (PP) type estimators. In this paper, we show that it is possible to improve the low efficiency of the projection-pursuit estimators by applying a reweighting step. More precisely, we consider plug-in estimators obtained by plugging a reweighted estimator of the scatter matrices into the maximum likelihood equations defining the principal axes. The weights considered penalize observations with large values of the influence measures defined by Boente et al. (2002). The new estimators are studied in terms of theoretical properties (influence functions and asymptotic variances) and are compared with other existing estimators in a simulation study.     

通信机房设备故障集中声光报警系统的研制

研制了一个故障集中声光报警系统，以80C196KC单片机为核心，主要包括三部分：信号检测电路、单片机最小系统和故障报警电路。运行结果表明：该系统具有可靠性高、功能强、成本低、维护方便等特点。文中给出了系统框图、硬件电路及软件程序流程图。     

基于横向型滤波器的多用户检测器

本文将横向型滤波器算法应用于CDMA系统之中，从而实现多用户检测的功能。分析和仿真结果表明，该类多用户检测器具有较好的抗“远近效应”能力和较为简单的结构，具有广泛的应用前景。     

子空间方法盲多用户检测技术分析与探索

着重分析了基于子空间跟踪的盲线性多用户检测算法 ,并对其内部算法模块进行了仿真比较 ,最后对算法性能改善方法提出了自己的新思路     

一种基于QoS的多任务实时集群系统负载均衡算法

负载均衡算法是多任务实时集群系统的一个关键技术。在分析了常见的轮转式均衡调度算法和任务最少优先法的优缺点基础上，针对实时集群系统处理多类任务的特点，引入了加权负载率的概念来更准确地描述各分布式集群节点的负载状况。提出了通过任务QoS映射为负载权值的思想，并给出了一种改进的任务最少优先算法——加权负载率最小法，描述了以加权负载率表为核心的多任务均衡调度算法。最后，通过仿真验证了该算法明显优于前两种算法。     

海上专业设备检验检测中存在的几个问题及对策

针对胜利油田海上专业设备检验检测中存在的几个问题,提出了相应的对策措施。建立了完整的工作体系,促进了海上石油开发的安全高效。     

胶印质量自动检测中图像配准的研究

胶印质量自动检测系统中,图像的配准是整个系统的关键技术。本实验提出使用SUSAN角点定位和模板匹配相结合的方法解决胶印质量自动检测中图像配准的问题。该方法首先利用SUSAN算法检测到图像角点,然后对图像进行平移和旋转,再在特定图像区域内,利用模板匹配的方法,进行精确配准。这种新方法与传统算法相比,能在提高定位精度的前提下,有效节省运算时间。实验结果表明新算法是有效且可行的。
